Cost shouldn't decide who gets to play.
Flyover FC is a nonprofit club taking shape in the Kansas City metro — built to put real player development within reach of every family, not just the ones who can afford to pay to play.
Talent is everywhere. Access isn't.
Competitive youth soccer in this country has quietly become pay-to-play. Between club dues, tournament travel, and kit, the cost of a single season adds up fast — and too often it's the bill, not the player, that decides who gets to keep going. Kids with the drive and the ability end up on the sideline because of what their families can afford.
We think that's backwards. So we're building a club around a different idea.
How Flyover FC is different
Access-first
The number that matters is total family cost — not just club dues. We plan around the whole cost of playing and work to keep it low, so it's never the reason a kid has to stop.
Development, not dues
An academy-minded focus on actually developing players — good coaching in a real environment. Families should be paying for a player's growth, not just a spot on a roster.
Built here, for here
A community club rooted in the Kansas City metro, started by local players and coaches who came up in this game and want to widen the door behind them.
We're just getting started.
Flyover FC is in the early days of coming together. If competitive soccer has felt out of reach for your family — or you just want to follow along as we build — we'd love to hear from you.
